I think they meant: if the trademark laws in Germany are like the US then this suit doesn't have any legs. For example, here we have dozens of products that use the "eclipse" trademark, but each one uses it for a different type of product (car, sunglasses, radio...etc).

What a moron! he said some stupid stuff, possibly career ending. But on the other hand, how does Michael Vick and Brandon Marshall get back in with their teams. Last time I checked, actions speak louder than words! Although his words were stupid, hateful, unnecessary, and homophobic, he didn't beat a woman or kill innocent animals. Certainly not defending him or saying the team wasn't justified in his release - he definitely deserved it. I am just pissed Vick is back!
