Their ability to distribute in Australia could well be curtailed if they just provided the uncensored version here via Steam. It's not like the ESRB where it's a voluntary industry body, here it's mandated at a federal level.I actually don't mind ratings. If they're consistent and they make sense to begin with I'm all for educating people. It's when it becomes a political football in the name of censorship that it annoys me. Kind of like how in America TV is (was?) time-delayed by a little just in case Janette Jackson slips another nipple during prime time so they can cut the feed or whatever. It serves no real purpose beyond satisfying the requirements of the few that view anything not explicitly within their closeted worldview as being immoral or whatever. Pointless, asinine but apparently worth the expense.

I don't really want to take a position on the issue (at least not on digg) but there's a world of difference between wishing luck to fix the problem and wishing god to fix the problem. On one hand you're expecting a supernatural intelligent being to care about this 2 year old girl and fix her problem by violating the laws of physics. On the other, you're wishing that the state of the world right now combined with physics will cause events to transpire in such a way as to result in her problem going away. I don't believe that you can't see a substantive difference between the two.!

 Im really disappointed in the way this franchise headed. Its just been aimed at a new audience now. I kind of feel like the series has been taken from me and thrown to the frat boy explosion enthusiasts. They took one of the most cinematic games riped the solo campaign length to shreds so now we can pay money every year to buy a slightly updated multi-player game.
