We are not only detecting planets that orbit other suns; for the past year, we have begun to image them. I think that's worthy of repeat. We are imaging planets outside of our solar system! In my opinion, Fomalhaut b and HR 8799 represent a milestone in human history in that they are visual evidence of other worlds. It is one thing to say that we have detected a planet using the transit, radial velocity, or gravitational microlensing methods, etc. It is quiet another to say that we have infrared images of those planets. No doubt, in the coming years, many of the 403 (and counting) extrasolar planets will also be imaged. But this is an exciting first step for humanity. How long before we image a terrestrial world, 1 to 2 times the mass of Earth? How long before we detect a verifiable life signature?.
I'm not sure if KBR etc. are the ones responsible for this, they are just the latest goat and the ones with the deep pockets. What the soldiers are claiming those is absolutely correct, the ***** burned in there is everything and anything in those burn pits.They are rancid disgusting and scary things. Depending on the wind, the smoke can be pushed out over the camps. I had to drive through that ***** often in Iraq and tried to always hold my breath as long as possible when around the thickest parts of the smoke. It probably didn't do much good.I'm sure we'll be seeing more health related problems from the smoke there in the years to come, when ever bird in a camp dies over night, there's something in the air.!

I would suppose that being her parents isn't at easy at all, as well. Can you imagine the dilemma her parents had to face - never telling her that she shouldn't cry and thus risking her life or trying to find a way to explain to her that she shouldn't cry without upsetting her and causing her to burst into tears.Best of luck and health to the whole family and especially to Tianna.?
