I agree with most of what you say, just the times you mention. 'an hour', considering the state that most of my customers let their computer get to before they bring it in is certainly not sufficient. With digital picture & mp3 libraries these days the average is 40-60gb, if not 120, so the backup we do will take hours by themselves.. Lastly, an hour is often how long automatic scans take by themselves and automatic scanners don't remove the 0-day stuff. Presumably that's what I'm there for. I'm not ashamed to say I usually know nothing about the virus/spyware I'll be removing that day, which I think is fair since it's only been out for 2 days.

You don't know what you're talking about. Also, both of these companies are going to run different business models, Google depends on ad revenue, EA depends on retail.

My father got diagnosed with cancer, and my mother stayed to look after him, however hard it was on the family both mentally and financially. Now she's been diagnosed with cancer as well, so they're both taking care of each other. I don't think my father could abandon her after the way she cared for him..
